Ingredients2 pounds of honeycomb tripe 2 cups of water 1/4 cup of vinegar 1 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 tablespoon of flour 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of butter 1/8 teaspoon of allspice 1/8 teaspoon of marjoram 1/8 teaspoon of pepper |
DirectionsIn a pot with water and vinegar cook the tripe with the minced onion, crushed garlic, allspice, marjoram and pepper. In a pan, stir flour and sugar in butter and cook until browned. Add the gravy to the tripe stock and cook for 5 minutes, constantly stirring. |
